Rezolvio is a mobile-first complaint and issue resolution application designed for premises-based environments. The app allows users to submit complaints, track their status, and communicate with relevant staff members.
To use certain features of Rezolvio, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to Rezolvio. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of providing and improving our service.

Rezolvio and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Rezolvio and its licensors.
The Rezolvio name, logo, and related names and logos are trademarks of Rezolvio and may not be used without our prior written permission.
Rezolvio offers a free plan with limited features. The free plan may include advertisements and usage limitations.
Rezolvio offers paid subscription plans with additional features and enhanced support. Payment terms will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
Subscription plans automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
We strive to keep Rezolvio operational, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend, withdraw, or discontinue all or any part of the service at any time.
REZOLVIO IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL REZOLVIO OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rezolvio and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and fees arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
